We will replace an item that was returned to us provided that the recipient informed us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods through email or call for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect Item
- Damaged and Defective Items
- Unmet Product Specifications
We will deliver the said replacement two days after the date of the complaint, as long as it has a valid reason. We do not accept refund and cancellation of transactions once the item has been processed and delivered.
You may cancel your order four days prior to the delivery date. You must send us a request for cancellation through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been designed and are on delivery, or if delivery has been attempted and cannot be completed if recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Floristcamp.com will make every attempt to fill the order as requested. However, due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of the flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. As well, if a specific container or other items are not available we will make a replacement of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the specific arrangement by the overall shape, size, style and color combinations. If an order is for a single type of flower color substitutions will be made only, for example, if white gerberas are not available a substitution of another color of gerberas will be made automatically or if the strawberries in fruit basket is not available we will replaced it with other fruit of same or greater value.
If either the recipient was not available and/or no authorize or reliable person were available to accept the order it will be returned to our office and we will notify you by email or call you. If we cannot reach you we will wait for your reply so that we can reschedule the delivery of the items on the following day but you must settle first and pay again the shipping cost before we re-deliver your order. Same policy applies for incorrect or incomplete address.
For perishable items (flowers, food, cake and etc.) if you want us to deliver a new and fresh item you must pay again the total amount of your order but if not we will redeliver the same item we first attempt to deliver.
Non Delivery Policy:
We will issue a refund of your total payment if we were not able to deliver your order because of the following reasons:
- No door to door delivery services in the area and you are not agree to pick it up by your recipient in the nearest branch of our courier for Provincial Delivery.
- Funeral Delivery to far provincial areas.
- If it is determined that we did not make the delivery attempt even the address is correct, the recipient or item is available, the order was placed before our cut off time or there is a door to door delivery service in the area.
Incorrect Delivery Information:
As stated above, if you have given us incorrect delivery information, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be given the opportunity to adjust the information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you and acquire new information. We will not be liable, however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Orders to hospitals, hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, or company. In the case of hospitals, we also need the recipient’s ward and room number.
Florist Camp Philippines will attempt to deliver your bouquet in accordance with each facility’s procedures, but cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Florist Camp Philippines cannot issue a refund if unable to make a delivery due to these issues.
If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
In some cases, local florists may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for permission to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution.
Roses, however, will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first.
If a local florist does not have an added product, we will replace it with a similar one or add the money paid for the item to the value of the flowers and create a bigger bouquet.
